The Identity Management Platform uses technology in other Dascom IN platforms providing the best-in-class stability, flexibility and feature sets.
Operates on Incoming and Outgoing calls:
The Platform works on both incoming and outgoing calls from the subscribers - a complete solution catering for the need of the users.
User Selectable Call Routing:
A suite of features has been included in the platform for more user-friendly operation and closely resembles the daily schedule of a normal user. Subscribers can configure time-of-day routing, calling-party based routing, destination number based routing and other routing features as required on different situation.
SMS Functionality:
The Platform can integrate with the operator SMSC to provide SMS functions in conjunction with the multi-number service.
Fixed line and Mobile Combined Service:
A combination of fixed line number and mobile number can be done for new service possibilities.
Flexible Call Flow:
The operation call flow of the application can be customized according to actual requirement and circumstances. The call flow can even be modified and deployed by the client operators without vendor intervention
Network Management Interface:
A north bound interface using SNMP is available for connection to centralized network operating centers.
